I AM A HINDU AND IT'S NOT MY RELIGION!!!!!

Don't be judgemental guys but it's true!!!!
No I am not a Christian , Buddhist , Muslim, Jain or anything else but one thing is for sure that my religion is not Hinduism.

Hold on!Hold on! Before you all think me to be insane I want to make it clear that my religion has no name !!!!  Don't tear away your pillows , but its the truth!!!

The Vedas has no such terms as Hindus or the epics The Ramayan or the Mahabharata has made such references. Its mostly during the 14th C that poets of our country have used this terminology.

How the word Hindu came into existence is still obscure. Its probably of Persian origin.

It doesn't make sense why everybody gives names to my country. Like during British rule , they changed it to India!!!

During colonial period , everybody living in India was
known as a Hindu. It was later on to distinguish themselves that they were divided into Hindus, Buddhist , Jains etc.

Previously , there were two sects of people , one who followed God Shiva and the other who followed Lord Vishnu called Vaishnavs. And there was no specific name to it.

Remember , Swami Vivekanand during his speech in the House of Commons never used the word Hindu but called it  the Mother of all Religion(Sanatan dharm).

A person's religion living in America, is never American or a person living in Australia never has a Australian religion. It refers to the person who lives there , irrespective of their religion.

Well for now my religion is uncertain so its better to adjust what is relevant today isn't it???

I am Hindu and I am of Hindu religion...

My New Year Resolution!!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE Oh my God!!! We all entered another year. I remember I stared my previous year on a very positive note and wish to do so this year as well. I know the path I have chosen will bring me towards more happiness and continue to do so . But this time I shall make myself count for the promise I shall fulfill this year is to Read some good books. I had read some last year but I don't think it was satisfactory. So I shall make myself richer in knowledge this year for sure. If there is night, there shall also come a day to shine and spread your light to the entire world.

My messaging dilemma.

I always have this unavoidable problem of  not attending to the text messages. It feels so boring sometimes. Tying and tying and tying!!!! I am a little old school as well . I don't like writing in short forms. I don't know why it happens with me that my messages are conveyed across wrong. It's natural because words are just words it doesn't convey the feeling across. Obviously , no body will be able to know by seeing the words "Oh my God", whether I told in excitement , sorry or happiness. And another thing is that at the most important message doesn't get sent. And the notification, msg not sent increases my heart beat!!!! Weird things happens and nobody can stop it from occurring as well. Of course they are a headache but it becomes great topics to talk with friends and laugh at it later, isn't it.

Best times!!!

Just relaxing in a beautiful beach or going through those adrenaline rush are picture perfect to be the best time of life. Either plan for days or within an instance, the end result is always awesome. Who won't love it????  Not just vacations but the achievements we get after sweating day and night or the feeling of satisfaction of have lead a good life qualifies for being called best times!!! But life is never picture perfect. It throws us into different situations. It's always the good times that flies by and the hard times that seems never ending. But what I have realised that it's the hard times that teaches us a lot. It's the hard times which makes us the person we are. It's the hard times which makes us learn. It's the hard times which shows us the true picture. The lessons learnt during those hard times makes way for good times. It prepares us and leads us to good times. Those who never forget the lessons learnt in harder times, can th...
