Being the first child...

If you are the first child of the house , you might either be lucky or the most disadvantaged one of the
house!!!! Remember the beatings you would get from your mother during your study time. You have to sleep in time and blah blah....  You have to maintain so much discipline most of the time.

 And as time flies by and with the addition of your smaller siblings , everything is loosened up!!!! You might think that , this time your sibling will definitely get a beating , and they are left with a momentary warning!!!! I mean , what the heck ????

 You would complain even against your sibling for messing with the new paint but nobody cares about but instead you would get a scolding for not being responsible!!!! And you think that your world has turned upside down.....

 And if they have reached up to your waist , you are almost deprived of your dear personal space. And if they no your secret then nobody can save you from their wrath!!!!

 Remember the added responsibility you have or you have felt for those younger ones in the school or college!!! And if you are less intelligent or active then it is the worst that can happen.

 You think , you are the most unfortunate one because when you did anything for the first time their was nobody like you to guide you!!!

 Still you love your sibling/s a lot isn't it??? You want to protect them from all the adversities. You try to give the best advise to them and protection ., the best of everything. Remember how you would try to read their unaligible handwriting to help them in their homework!!!! Those adorable eyes are something to die for , isn't it???? And after all everybody is not the same. You would have got the best buddy you could have ever got!!!! Or they might fell irritated by your constant advise!!!

 Being in either side of the situation enjoyable. It has its own joy and sorrow. So enjoy whatever in the situation you are in and love those little ones....

Away with the awkwardness!!!!

When we are at  a new place, meeting a new person or situation, there is a sense of awkwardness in the air.  It cannot be helped , it's bound to happen to introverts mostly. But there are so many new ways of avoiding them or breaking the ice, isn't it. Thanks to social media, it's so easy. It's so easy to write or "like" maybe , to starting being familiar.  But there are situations which cannot be avoided , which arises meeting face to face. Like for example , this is a students birthday , I was invited to. The family is our neighbors as well . I am familiar with the family too but I didn't know how to face the situation. So I helped serving the kids after the party, rather than sit at a corner like a strict teacher. I don't know what impression I might have put on others but I was relieved at that very moment. Wood making a comeback!!!!

I have never doubted the strength of things of the older times. Whether it is older structures or the strength of our previous generations. They will always remain forefront. It's our belief in them that we again and again go back to the things of the past and make it a part of our present life. Like ,I thought that culottes was so fresh fashion. But when I saw the 70's actress wearing it,its like cool!!!! It's the same thing with wood.  They are thinking of cars made of wood, which would be lighter and stronger!!!
